Space Planning/Interior Design
Contract Interior Consultants, Inc. provides comprehensive interior design services with a facilities and project management approach. We utilize advanced computer aided design systems that enable us to complete a project of any size and scope and create error free specifications and order entry information.
A benefit of using these systems is to provide our clients with an “asset management” tool. Upon project completion the floor plan and specifications are archived for future revisions and reconfigurations. Our software systems allow for ease of change. We can compare the proposed layout to the existing layout and develop detailed lists of new product to be ordered, product to be reused, and excess inventory.
For facilities moving into new space or reconfiguring existing space, we provide overall planning and design services for workstation layouts that effectively met the operational, aesthetic, adjacency, and automation requirements of the employees involved.
Our space planning services provide you:
- Utilizing GIZA Design software the industry standard for space planning, presentation and specifications.
- Efficient use of space along with flexibility for growth.
- Effective use of existing furniture and equipment.
